  • 100 Wall balls(20/14)
  • 400m Run w/ med ball
  • 100 KB Swings (53/35)
  • 400m Run w/ KB
  • 100 Overhead Plate Lunges (45/25)
  • run 400m w/plate
  • 100 Renegade Rows(35/25)
  • 400m Run w/DB’s

One person working at a time.  Both partners will complete the run together.
