15 min EMOM:

  • 1-5 min- 3 Clean & Jerks
  • 6-10 min-2 Clean & Jerks
  • 11-15 min-1 Clean & Jerks

Then, “3 Strikes and Your Out” with 1 rep max Clean & Jerks!

Last weeks classes having fun with the pull-up structure!

Fast hands, fast feet…feet under your hips! You don’t have to watch the whole video but just remember the tips on your form!
