Skill/Strength: 1 RM Deadlifts

Partners alternate every minute!

10 min EMOM:

  • 5 Deadlifts (80% of max)
  • As many Burpees as possible in remaining minute

Post total number of Burpees!

We better not see any anger bursts like this guy tomorrow! Remember to overcome your mental blocks!
