Yrlyn ” Open Up”

Skill/Strength: 3 min AMRAP of Muscle ups or Pullups!

5 Rounds

1 min for max reps of:

  • Kettlebell Snatch (35lb/25lb)
  • Double Unders
  • Knees to Elbows
  • Rest 1 min

In this workout you move from each of three stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a four-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score.
