25 min AMRAP:

  • 150 Wall balls (20/14)
  • 150 Pushups (hand release)
  • 150 Situps (abmat)

Goal is to get a many rounds or reps as possible in 25 min.  Ex . if you finish situps start the round over with wall balls.
