HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!

Happy Halloween everyone! Robin is making some Paleo treats for anyone who comes to the workout in a costume!! So put on something you can workout in and come play some ping pong!

“What SUITS You”

♥Hearts:

  • 5 Burpees
  • 1 Rope Climb

♦Diamonds:

  • 5 KB Swings (53lb/35lb)
  • 5 Box Jumps (20″/24″)

♠Spades:

  • 5 Ball Slams  (30lb/20lb)
  • 10 Situps

♣Clubs:

  • 6 Grasshoppers
  • 6 Overhead Plate Lunges (45lb/25lb)

Joker: 100m Bear Crawl!

The goal for each class is to accumulate as many cards as possible in 30 min. 1 card is drawn from the deck each time you lose a point in ping pong! You must do the corresponding workout with whatever suit is on the card. The number on the card does not matter. When you are done with the workout, you get back in line to play another point! No re-do’s!!

Just in case you want to brush up on your skills… bring it!
