Skill: Wall ball 2 for 1’s!

Three Person Team!

2 Rounds

10 min AMRAP:

One teammate will start with a 300m row. With rowing as the timer, the other teammates must complete as many reps as possible of:

  • Wall Balls (20lb/14lb)
  • Kettlebell Swings (53lb/35lb)

When one teammate completes the 300m row, the team will rotate exercises and continue to get as many reps as possible in 10 min. Rest 5 min in-between rounds!
