Mandatory Games Athletes Workout!
If you are competing in Bend, you must come do this WOD!
A. 15 min to find the heaviest weight that you can do:
- 2 Power Cleans
- 2 Front Squats
- 2 Jerks
This must be done without taking you hands off the bar to count!
Your score is the weight you successfully completed.
B. 10 min AMRAP:
- 20 Thrusters (95/65)
- 20 SDLHP
- 20 Push Press
- 20 Overhead Squats
- 20 Front Squats
Men will use a 95lb barbell. Women will use 65lbs. Each athlete must do 4 burpees at the beginning of every minute before moving on to the barbell work. The athlete is allowed to move to the next barbell skill once an he/she has completed all 20 reps. If the minute clock beeps during a repetition the athlete will complete their rep and then start their four burpees. Your score is the number of reps completed.
Scores from the two workouts will be added together for the final score. (men will multiply part A by .66)
