Skill/Strength: Butterfly pullups/Muscle-Ups

Partner Workout! One person working at a time…

Every 8 minutes, for a total of 3 sets, complete the following as quickly as possible:

  • 10 Shuttle runs (30m)
  • 30 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
  • 30 Pull-Ups (or 5 Muscle-Ups for advanced athletes)
