Partner Workout!!

Buy in: 20 Burpees per person

7 rounds per Person

  • 10 Pushups (Hand release)/ 5 Handstand Pushups (Adv)
  • 10 Ball Slams
  • 20 Double Unders

Athletes will alternate rounds,  the goal is to give your partner as little rest as possible.

THIS WILL BE TOMORROWS PUSHUPS STANDARD!
