A little holiday treat.    Perform the movements to the tune of “12 Days of Christmas”

This should be a fun and long workout, come down and bring a friend. Can be performed with a Partner.

9am , 12 pm class Times.  Open gym 10-12.  Olympic lifting Technique 11-12.

  • 1  100 Meter Run
  • 2  Power Cleans (95/65 lb)(135/95 lb. Adv)
  • 3  Ring Dips
  • 4  Med Ball Situps (20/14 lb.)
  • 5  Burpees
  • 6  Toes to Bar
  • 7  Push-ups
  • 8  Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 9  Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lb.)
  • 10  Pull-ups
  • 11  Front Squats (95/65 lb.)(135/95 lb. Adv)
  • 12  Shoulder to Overhead (95/65 )(135/95 lb. Adv)
