Strength: 3 sets ME Ring Dips, rest 90 sec
20 min AMRAP:
- 3 Power Cleans
- 3 Front Squats
- 10 burpees onto plate
Partners alternate rounds. Post total rounds and total dips. 10 min AMRAP for individuals
L1: 155/115 L2: 135/95 L3: 95/65
