5 Rounds of:

  • 100m Farmer’s Carry
  • 15 Box jumps*
  • 10 KB push jerk*

You must use the same weight for the farmer’s carry for your push jerks.

L1: 24″/20″ 53lb/35lb   L2: 20″/16″ 35lb/25lb   L3: 16″/12″ DB 30lb/20lb
