  • 10 Shoulder to overhead

L1: BSQT-135lb/95lb, FSQT-95lb/65lb, OHS-65lb/45lb

L2: BSQT-95lb/65lb, FSQT-75lb/55lb, OHS-45lb

L3: BSQT-75lb/50lb, FSQT-65lb/30lb, OHS-45lb/20lb
