For time:

  • 15 Deadlifts, 50% 1RM
  • 30 Push-up (hand release)
  • Run 800 m
  • 10 Deadlifts
  • 20 Push-up (hand release)
  • Run 400 m
  • 5 Deadlifts
  • 10 Push-up (hand release)
  • Run 200 m
