Partner Workout! As a team complete 4 rounds of:

5 min AMRAP:

  • 3 Burpees
  • 6 Dumbbell Squat Cleans, 35/25 lbs
  • 9 Dumbbell Push Press, 35/25 lbs

Rest 2 mins between each cycle. Partners alternate rounds. For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
