Skill/Strength: Cleans

10 min EMOM

  • 2  Squat Cleans

-Rest 2 min-

“3 strikes and you’re out” 

-Rest 2 min-

10 min EMOM

  • 10 Burpees w/touch

The burpee is performed by touching both hands to an object that is 6″ above max reach.

“3 strikes” is started with the last weight completed in the EMOM.  If you successfully complete the weight you must increase the weight.  3 misses are allowed before your “out”!

 

L1(10 burpees) L2 (7 burpees) L3 (5 burpees)
