For 5 cycles

3 min AMRAP of:

  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 30 Push-ups
  • 40 AbMat Sit-ups
  • 50 Squats

Rest 3 mins between each cycle. For each cycle continue the AMRAP where you left off.

L1: Goal is to complete 5 rounds  L2: Goal to complete 3 rounds  L3: Goal is to complete 2 rounds
