Thanks to everyone who supported the art auction on Saturday! It was a huge success!!

De-load week! The CrossFit Open starts March 6th. We hope that you all will participate! You will see more technique and skill based workouts to prepare for the Open. Also, we have Elements graduates entering into the regular classes this week so everyone make a new friend!

10 min EMOM:

  • 2 Squat Snatch

rest 2 min

*3 Strikes You’re Out!*

10 min EMOM:

  • 10 Ball slams (30lb/20lb)

*“3 strikes” is started with the last weight completed in the EMOM.  If you successfully complete the weight you must increase the weight.  3 misses are allowed before you’re “out”!
