De-load week! The CrossFit Open starts March 6th. We hope that you all will participate! You will see more technique and skill based workouts to prepare for the Open. Also, we have Elements graduates entering into the regular classes this week so everyone make a new friend!

Skill/Strength: 10 min EMOM of Muscle ups or chest to bar pull-ups or strict pull-ups

  • 100 Air squats
