Skill/Strength:Hang Squat Clean 3-3-3-3-3

20 min EMOM, alternating between:

  • 7 Squat Clean Thrusters (Odd minutes)
  • 7 Burpees box jump overs (Even minutes)

(weight for thrusters and height for box jumps to be determined by athlete and coach)
