Skill/Strength: Pull-ups

L1-50 reps.  L2-35 reps.  L3-20 reps.

Perform reps in least amount of sets as possible.  Rest as needed between sets.

Partner Workout!

For time:

  • 400m run
  • 100 squats
  • 100 SDLHP
  • 100 situps
  • 100 ring rows
  • 100 box jumps
  • 400m run
