  • 10 Deadlifts L1(225/155Lb) L2 (185/135lb) L3(135/95lb)
  • 10 Burpee Box Jumps Overs
  • 10 Man Makers L1(35/25) L2(25/15) L3 (20/10)
  • 10 KB Swings L1(70/53) L2 (53/35) L3 (35/26)
  • 10 Burpee Pullups
  • 1 Rope Climb L1 (15 ft) L2 (10ft) L3 (Rope Lowers)
  • 10 Burpee Pullups
  • 10 KB Swings
  • 10 Man Makers
  • 10 Burpee Box Jumps
  • 10 Deadlifts

This workout has a 17 min Time cap!  I know that doesn’t seem like a lot, you’re right its not.  Heats of five people will go off every 20 min.  We will Keep going till everyone who wants to go can go.  There will be a sign up sheet for heats.  First heat STARTS AT 8am  As soon as you get to the gym sign up for the time/heat you wanna go.  First come first serve.  We will run the workout in between class times also (i.e. 9:30 to 10:00). This will be Orlando’s last “official” workout at Evviva, come wish him luck and say goodbye.  Legs feed the Wolf!
