For time:

  • 50 Double Unders
  • 20 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Toes-to-bars
  • 50 Double Unders
  • 15 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-bars
  • 50 Double Unders
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Toes-to-bars

Modifications: 25 double unders/150 singles/ Hand release push-ups/Toes to rings/ Knees to elbows
