Skill/Strength:  Partner skill/strength! Partners must complete a 1000m row as a team, alternating 250m at a time. While one partner rows, the other is in a static hold –  L1: L-sit  L2:Hollow Rock L3: Plank

12 min AMRAP:

  • 200m run
  • 15 Goblet squats (DB)
  • 10 Box jumps

Games standards on the box jumps!

L1: 40/35   L2: 35/30   L3: 30/25
