Skill/Strength: BB complex, 10 min to find the heaviest weight of:

  • 2 Power cleans
  • 2 Front squats
  • 4 Barbell walking lunges

then…

10 min AMRAP of:

  • 10 Overhead walking lunge with plate
  • 15 Plate ground to overhead
  • 20 Burpee onto plate

L1: 45/25   L2: 25/10   L3: 10
