Skill/Strength: Deadlift 5-5-5

Use 60-70%  for each set. Focus on speed.  Rest as needed between sets.

then…

“Deck of Death”

In 15 min, draw as many cards from the deck as possible and perform the number of reps from the value of the card. You can only draw one card at a time!

  • Hearts= pullups
  • Diamonds= double unders x 2
  • Clubs= kb swings
  • Spades= squats

Score= number of cards in 15 min

L1: 53/35   L2: 35/25   L3: 25
