In Teams of 2 or 3

5 rounds (per person):

  • 150 m Row
  • 10 Thrusters
  • 10 Burpees over the bar
  • 10 T2B
  • 50 m Sprint

Partners Alternate full rounds

L1: 115/75   L2: 95/65   L3: 75/45

11am WOD

15 min AMRAP:

  • 150m row
  • 5 Goblet squats
  • 5 Burpees
  • 5 Ring rows
  • 50 m sprint

Everyone needs to have a better front rack position! Watch this video. I know it’s long, just do it.
