Skill/Strength:In Teams of 2 or 3. Partners must complete a 1000m row as a team, alternating 250m at a time. While one partner rows, one partner must hold a handstand!
Every 2 min complete the following:
- 75 m Sprint
- 10 Shoulder to overhead
- 5 Bar facing burpees
As soon as you are done with the burpees, rest the remainder of the 2 min. These rounds are to be done as fast as possible and with all out intensity.
