25 min AMRAP:

  • 5 Ring Dips
  • 10 Pullups
  • 15 Box Jumps (Games Standard)

L1 (24/20)  L2 (20/16)

11 am WOD

Partner workout!

One partner does a 150 m farmer carry while the other does as many rounds of:

  • 5 Pushups
  • 7 Box jumps
  • 9 Situps

When you partner completes the farmer’s carry, pick up where your partner left off in the AMRAP.
