Thunder Thighs Test Thursday!

Skill/Strength:  This is meant to test physical as well as emotional fitness (Don’t freak out!)

Part I

Strict Press: 7 min to find 1RM

Back Squat: 20 min to Find a 3RM

Part II

All of these test have a 7 min Time Cap.  You are encouraged to attempt the highest level you can. Even if that means you will not be able to complete the required reps in the time cap.  This is meant to test physical as well as emotional fitness (Don’t freak out!)

L1

  • 30 Muscle ups For Time

L2

  • 30 Chest to Bar Pullups for Time

L3

  • 30 Pullups for Time

Part III

  • Tabata Squats

Your score is the lowest number you get for any one round.  8 rounds of 20 sec on/10 sec off.
