Skill/Strength: 20 min to find a 1RM front squat

4 rounds:

2 min AMRAP

  • 15 Burpees with a touch (6″)
  • As many front squats as possible in the remaining time (70% of today’s 1RM)

Rest 2 minutes

Cashout: 3 min For Max Distance Farmers Carry  (20m increments)
