7 min EMOM: 2 Turkish get-ups (1 right arm, 1 left arm)

Conditioning

Partner Workout!

3 Rounds:

  • 400 m run
  • 50 Ball slams
  • 50 Kettlebell swings
  • 50 Ball sit-ups (partners alternate each rep)

Reps can be divided as needed but both partners must run together with their ball!

L1: 20/14, 53/35   L2: 14/12, 35/25   L3: 12/10, 25
