Strength

Back squats: 8 x 4 @ 75-80%

Rest 30 seconds after each set then max effort ring rows (10 rep cap). Rest 2 minutes.

Conditioning

  • “Tabata” Ball slams (30/20)
  • Rest 1 min
  • “Tabata” Situps

“Tabata” is 8 rounds of 20 sec on/10 sec rest
