Your Partner must hold a plate overhead as you perform your reps and vice versa

  • 5 DB Curtis P’s  ( Power clean + Lunge R/L+Push Press)

alternate every 5 reps
L1 35/25
L2 30/20
L3 25/15
Your partner must hold the Plank position while you perform your reps and vice versa.

Same movement but with DB’s
