Power Clean (2 reps every 30 Sec for 5 min )

60-75% of 1RM clean, shoot for perfection

22 reps total

Conditioning

Death By Pullups and Burpees

  • 1 Pullup, 1 Burpee on min 1,
  • 2 Pullups, 2 Burpees on min 2
  • 3 Pullups, 3 Burpee on min 3

And so on……As long as Possible
