Goat Training

A “Goat” is a movement you want to work on, suck at, or both. Very simply put, it’s the movement that makes you grimace every time you see it because you can’t do it or you suck at it.

Conditioning

For time:

400 m Run
30 DB/KB snatch (Alternate 5R/5L)
30 Box Jumps
30 DB/KB Snatch (Alternate 5R/5L)
30 Box Jumps
400 m Run

L1 53/35 KB or 50/35 DB, 24/20″
L2 44/25 KB or 40/25 DB. 20/18″
L3 35/20 DB, 16/12″

I was gonna put a handstand walking Video up but, this is way too good!!
