Each round consists of 3 cycles of the following:

5 Thrusters
5 Pullups
5 Box Jumps

L1 95/65, C2B, 24/20
L2 75/55, 20/18
L3 65/45, 16/12

Partners Alternate full rounds (3 cycles) for 8 total rounds.
