Goat Training!!

A “Goat” is a movement you want to work on, suck at, or both. Very simply put, it’s the movement that makes you grimace every time you see it because you can’t do it or you suck at it.

Conditioning

Partner Workout!

15 Min AMRAP:

  • 5 Creepers
  • 20 Abmat situps

L1 45/35
L2 35/25
L3 25/10

Partner A will run 400m as Partner B completes as many Rounds as Possible of the AMRAP, As Partner A returns they switch and continue where Partner B left.

Creeper = 2 OH Lunges + 2 Plate Burpees + 2 Goblet Squats

Don’t be a creeper…some cuss words in this…beware…
