Strength

Back Squat (3 x 10 )

Add 5-10 lbs from last week, 7/17. One full breath between each rep. Take your time. 

Conditioning

3 rounds

2 min AMRAP:

  • 15 Air Squats
  • 10 power cleans
  • As many pushups as possible in remaining time

Rest 2 min in-between rounds

L1 135/95  L2 115/75  L3 95/65 or lower
