  • 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Hang Squat Snatch

Conditioning

12 min EMOM:

  • 7 Burpees
    7 Pull-ups

L2: 5 reps
L3: 3 reps

If you don’t make the required reps in the minute, rest a round and then continue on. Score is rounds completed.
