As most of you probably know, this will be Justin Meyer’s last workout at CrossFit Revival.  Since we have been at Revival, he hasn’t missed a day and has been a great member of the gym.  He will be missed at the 4:15 and we wish him well on his future endeavors.

15-12-9 reps:

  • Power Cleans
  • Bar Facing Burpees

L1: 135/95   L2: 115/75   L3: 95/65 or lower

at Min 10:00

4 Rounds:

  • 30 Double Unders
  • 7 Shoulder to Overhead

L1: 135/95   L2: 115/75,15 DU’s   L3: 95/65, 60 singles

At Min 20:00

5 Rounds:

  • 12 Deadlifts
  • 12 Wall balls

L1: 135/95, 20/14   L2: 115/75,14/12   L3: 95/65, 12/8

A new workout starts every 10 min. Your score for each workout is the time it takes to complete. If you cannot complete the workout in the 10 min, you will stop that workout and start the next one. After completion of a workout your rest is the remainder of the 10 min.
