Conditioning

Teams of 3

5 Rounds:

  • 15 cal Row
  • 2 Rope climb
  • 5 Front squats

One team member at each exercise. Rotate when all members have completed the required reps. You cannot rotate until all members are done.

L1: 155/115
L2: 135/95, 1 rope climb
L3: 115/75, rope lowers
