Snatch (1 High Hang Snatch + 1 Mid-Thigh Snatch)

10 min EMOM. Build in weight over the 10 min. Focus on technique. No misses. Record heaviest weight. 

Conditioning

“Team Series Event 1”

Partner Workout.  Alternate every round.  Partners must High Five between rounds

12 min AMRAP:

  • 30 Double unders
  • 15 Power snatch

L1: 75/55
L2: 65/45, 15 DU
L3: 55/30, 60 singles
