Goat Training

10 min EMOM
A “Goat” is a movement you want to work on, suck at, or both. Very simply put, it’s the movement that makes you grimace every time you see it because you can’t do it or you suck at it. Gymnastic goats this week.

Conditioning

Teams of 3!

10 min AMRAP:

  • 30 m Tire drag (15m, down and back)
  • KB swings
  • Push-ups

As person A completes the tire drag, Person B & C complete as many Kb swings and Push-ups until person A returns. Rotate positions when the tire drag is complete and accumulate reps until the time is up!

L1: 90/70, 53/35
L2: 70/55, 35/25
L3: 55/ 45, 25
