“Bear Complex”

1 rep=

  • 1 Power Clean
  • 1 Front Squat
  • 1 Push Press
  • 1 Back Squat
  • 1 Push Press

10 min to find a heavy triple. Make sure you are lowering the bar safely to your back! Practice bending to receive the bar before you go up in weight!!

Conditioning

5 Rounds:

  • 200 run
  • 5 reps of “Bear Complex”

L1: 95/65,   L2: 75/55,   L3: 65/45
