Strength

Back Squat (6 x 2)

80% of 3RM. Every 90 Sec. Same weight for all sets.

Conditioning

15 min EMOM:

  • Min 1- 30 Sec of Jump Rope
  • Min 2- 7 Parallette Shoot throughs
  • Min 3- 5-10 KB/DB Thrusters

Any style of jump rope: singles,alternating feet, DU, etc.
Choose weights for thrusters.
