“Piece o’ Cake”

EMOM for as long as you can!

  • 5 Power Snatch
  • 5 Burpees
  • 5 Pull-ups

L1 75/55  L2 65/45, Banded  L3 55/35,  3 reps of each movement

If you complete 10 rounds, add one rep to each movement for each additional minute.
For example minute 11 would be 6 Power Snatchs + 6 Burpees + 6 Pullups.
Minute 12 would be 7 of each, and minute 13 would be 8 of each.
