Strength

Back Squat (6 x 2 at 80% of 3 RM)

Stick to your percentages! It’s a good thing if it feels “easy”.  This is week 4 of our 6 week strength cycle. Almost there!

Conditioning

4 Rounds:

  • 10 Push-ups*
  • 15 Pull-ups
  • 20 Squats

L1: Handstand Push-ups*
L2: Hand Release Push-ups*
L3: Banded Push-ups*,Ring Rows
