Conditioning

3 rounds of

3 min AMRAP:

  • 5 Pull-up
  • 7 Burpees
  • 10 DB/KB Snatch (5 per arm)

Rest 1 min between rounds. Pick up where you left between rounds.

L1: KB snatch-53/35, C2B pull-ups
L2: DB snatch- 40/30
L3: 35/25
